The Verve Series©
The Verve Series is a collection that combines my
Dosha Vinyasa Yoga© + Verve Flow©.
The Verve Flow© are based on HIIT training, so expect your heart rate to increase & your muscles to activate.
The flows will activate both your slow and fast twitch muscles, challenge your breath/movement synchronicity and lead you to a greater acceptance of the self.
Temptation to give in to the ego will be great, so remember what
I always say - that yoga is actually a mental and emotional practice. Keep this in mind during your flows and choose your modifications, pare it back or stop to rest when you need to. You can always come back and repeat to check your progress.

with an average length of 1 hour and 10 minutes, +/- 10 minutes
