Hello everyone! That's what we will go through in this video! I don't prescribe to single issue "yoga for" this or that because yoga is all about connection. Our breath and movement are connected. Our body parts are connected. Some days our balance is perfect and we can go into the Extended Head to Foot Pose Series (Utthitta Hasta Padangusthasana), no sweat. The next day, we can't even balance in a modified Tree Pose. So, what do we do? Let's go though it in this workshop; but the key word is: PROPS!
